A case study is a research approach used to generate an in-depth, multidisciplinary understanding of a complex issue in a real-life context. Case studies are a great way to outline your qualities as a designer and decision-maker. However, these documents can take on a wide range of shapes and sizes. A UX case study represents the process of how a particular design problem was solved. In UX case studies, recruiters want candidates who can communicate through design and explain themselves in a clear and engaging manner.
