What is Output Element?
Overview
Output elements are responsible for showing results for various user inputs. The output element is the semantically correct element to display the results of a calculation from other elements.
Outcomes are the goals a product or model strives to achieve and outputs are the elements and processes that aid in the achievement of results.
An output element represents the output of a calculation and procedure, that is performed by a script. The calculation can be based on the values of the form fields, in which, the for attribute becomes useful for the elements that participate in the process.
Attributes include forms and names in addition to global attributes. It has no value attribute. Instead, the text nodes between the opening (<) and closing tags (>) form the value.
