Therry Martins is a multidisciplinary technology and transformation executive with over 25 years of leadership across finance, government, and emerging technology sectors.
A doctorate candidate and holder of multiple master's degrees with distinction, Therry holds certifications in TOGAF (enterprise architecture), Azure (cloud infrastructure), COBIT/ITIL/CGEIT (governance), and Prince2/MSP/MoP (portfolio leadership).
His career spans CIO leadership, programme rescue, cloud platform modernisation, regulatory technology reform, and large-scale digital ecosystem design across financial institutions, municipal infrastructure, insurance platforms, and national entities.
